Having a well trained staff is central to organizational health and success. Unfortunately, it is often seen as an incidental part of budgeting. 

Working safely and humanely with animals while interacting with the public requires specific knowledge and skills. 

Without those necessary skills certain problems will inevitably occur such as accidents, injuries, staff turnover, low morale, inadequate care of the animals, inhumane handling and housing of animals, spread of disease, exposure to zoonotic diseases, increased workloads, and increased operational costs. 

Investing in training will pay off exponentially in the long run. And by having me come to you, more staff can be trained by avoiding hotel, mileage, airfare, and meal expenses.

► Training will be tailored to your specified needs. 

► The length of each training session will vary from a couple of hours to all day sessions. 

► Sessions can be repeated to allow more staff to attend.
